At roundabouts, priority depends on signs, markings and actual lane organization. Do not drive by habit without reading the layout.
The driver chooses the lane for the needed exit in advance, checks side traffic and signals before leaving the roundabout.
A common mistake is cutting across lanes right before the exit. If you miss an exit, it is safer to go around again.
